Our complete five-phase process, from the first conversation to the keys in your hand. Once construction starts, we carry out periodic site visits to verify the build follows the approved project, resolve clarifications and adjustments as they arise, and control progress and quality throughout — closing with the final project documentation. Billed proportionally during construction, covering both our fee and technical architect and health-and-safety coordination. Together with concept, basic, and execution, this completes the studio’s overall reference fee structure.
