When I started Armony, the idea was simple: a house should feel like it was always meant to be there, not dropped onto the site. That starts long before anything gets drawn. I'm on the plot myself for the first visit, listening to what a family actually needs against what they think they should be asking for. Everything that follows, five phases, one point of contact, is really just protecting that first conversation all the way to the keys in your hand.

we start by understanding the site, the brief, and what's actually needed, whether that's a full home or a single room.

sketches, studies, and options that turn the brief into something you can react to.

defining
refining the direction into a proposal you can act on: drawings and permits for a build, specifications and sourcing for an interior.

delivering
seeing it through, whether that’s supervising a build on site or managing installation, so the result matches the intent.

handover
a final walkthrough and documentation, whatever the project was.

the shape of each phase changes with the project — a ground-up build moves through permits and site supervision, an interior refresh moves through sourcing and installation — but the thinking behind every phase stays the same.
