The first phase of every architecture project. We meet, analyze the plot and its zoning constraints, and define the architectural concept: a preliminary organization of space, a basic massing proposal, preliminary floor plans and mass studies, and an initial discussion of materials and architectural language. Payable in full at contract signing.
