Marea is a private villa organized around a warm palette of timber, split-face stone, and white render, its garage and entry sequence wrapped in vertical wood slats that carry through to the covered terraces above.

A floating oak staircase anchors the entry hall, rising past a glazed stairwell to connect the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen spaces below with the bedrooms above.

The double-height family lounge and the primary bedroom's window seat both frame the surrounding garden of mature trees, keeping the house tied to its planted setting on every level.
