🏗️ Architectural Consultation – Plot Analysis & Project Feasibility This service is designed for those planning to build on a specific plot and need a clear understanding of the site's potential, urban regulations, and the project's viability. 🕒 First 60 minutes – Client Consultation During an in-person or online meeting, we’ll explore: The client’s needs and vision for the project Initial ideas on layout, buildable area, number of units, or intended use (residential, touristic, etc.) Estimated budget, timeline, and overall goals This conversation helps align what can be built with what you truly want to build. 📄 After the meeting – Plot and Zoning Analysis Following the consultation, a technical report will be prepared including: A preliminary zoning and planning analysis (land classification, buildability, setbacks, maximum heights, occupancy, etc.) Key insights about access, orientation, slope, views, prevailing winds, and environmental context Design recommendations based on both physical and legal constraints In some cases, a call to the local Town Hall is necessary to confirm specific regulations or limitations. If so, the final report may require up to one week for completion. 🧾 Deliverable PDF report including the preliminary urban and technical analysis of the plot Conclusions regarding the feasibility of the project based on regulations and client’s requirements Clear recommendations for next steps: preliminary study, concept design, or possibly evaluating other plots.
