rosa de vientos Where Architecture Breathes
Rosa de Vientos, Tenerife
This house is gently traced upon the land, respecting its natural shape and softly adapting to its contours. Designed in an “L” shape, it opens like two arms to the surroundings, creating an intimate and luminous refuge.
In one wing, an open and flowing space brings together the living room, dining area, and kitchen—seamlessly connected, with large windows that lead directly to the terrace and private pool, blurring the boundaries between indoors and out.
The other, quieter wing holds three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite, facing southeast, welcomes the morning sun through a sliding door that opens onto the garden.
Attached yet independent, an auxiliary space offers versatility: a studio, playroom, creative corner…
The open-plan design, thoughtful orientation, and connection to the land ensure a warm, light-filled home—where sunlight floods in, air flows freely, and every corner invites a slower, more mindful way of living.
