GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND DELIVERY SERVICE

PURPOSE
These terms and conditions govern the sale of furniture and decorative items by Armony Architects & Interiors, as well as the associated delivery and installation services.

RETURNS
No refunds are accepted. The Client expressly waives the right to request a refund once the purchase of furniture and/or decorative elements has been confirmed.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only accepted for non-customized decorative items that are in perfect condition and show no signs of use. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be requested within a maximum period of 10 calendar days from receipt of the product. Exchanges of furniture or upholstered products are not accepted.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Delivery will be made within an estimated period of up to 2 months from the confirmation of the order and corresponding payment, depending on the nature of the order and the availability of the items. This period may vary due to circumstances beyond the company’s control, such as transportation delays, manufacturing issues, or supply problems.

PAYMENT AND PRODUCT RESERVATION
5.1 Advance Payment:
To initiate the purchasing process, the Client must make a payment of 100% of the order amount. This payment guarantees the reservation of the products and enables the purchasing process to begin.
5.2 Payment Methods:
Payments can be made via bank transfer to the Arquia Bank account ES33 3183 3800 3210 1065 4026, by credit or debit card through a payment link, in person at the Armony Architects & Interiors office, or through other previously agreed methods.

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
The delivery service includes transportation of the products to the Client’s home. If the installation service is contracted, it will be carried out on previously agreed dates. Delivery charges for Balani products will be calculated separately and invoiced directly to the Client prior to shipment.

ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
The Client agrees to ensure access to the property on the agreed date for delivery and installation. If access to the property is not possible on the scheduled date, Armony Architects & Interiors may apply additional charges for rescheduling the service.

WARRANTY
8.1 Condition of Furniture and Decorative Items:
All products are delivered in perfect condition and in accordance with the agreed specifications. In case of defects or damage, they will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the Client.
8.2 Notification Period for Defects:
The Client must report any defects or damage within a maximum of 10 calendar days from delivery.
8.3 Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by improper use.
• Incorrect installation carried out by third parties.
• Modifications made after delivery.
8.4 Limited Liability:
Armony Architects & Interiors’ liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective items. Claims for additional compensation, indirect losses, or consequential damages will not be accepted.

CLIENT ACCEPTANCE
The Client declares to have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions stated herein, which will be considered binding once the order is confirmed.

DATA PROTECTION
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), we inform you that the Client's personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of managing the commercial relationship, including the delivery and installation of the purchased products. The Client may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and data portability by writing to Armony Architects & Interiors or by sending an email to armonyarchitects@gmail.com.
