Casa Palmar

Expovida, Playa Paraíso Tenerife

The EXPOVIDA-HEALTH AND TOURISM project was a unique challenge: designing a multifunctional wellness space within a compact area, leveraging the Canarian climate to incorporate semi-open spaces.

The functional layout required extensive planning to fit all programmatic elements efficiently. The Auditorium, designed for 1,200 attendees, features rhythmic overhead structures that create a visual enclosure while maintaining openness, hosting conferences, seminars, and exhibitions focused on tourism and health innovations.

EVVA stands as a monumental replica of the human body, integrating architectural elements symbolizing molecular structures. Glass cubicles offer treatment areas and interactive educational experiences on human physiology. The entrance is a striking visual representation of entering the human body, immersing visitors in an innovative wellness concept.

The LAAB spaces blend medical functionality with luxury, ensuring patients feel as if they are in a high-end hotel while receiving top-tier care. These futuristic units, within "Healthy Complexes," provide 24/7 medical assistance, advanced diagnostic and treatment facilities, and a design that prioritizes comfort and well-being.

The wellness and spa area in Expovida, Costa Adeje, integrates interior spa facilities with an exterior swimming pool, enhancing spatial perception and fluidity between environments, optimizing relaxation and accessibility.
