The large circular windows, a key feature of the façade, allow abundant natural light to flow in, creating a visual connection with the surroundings and offering open views that enhance the sense of spaciousness.

The interior design follows a boho-beach style with a sophisticated twist, dominated by rich navy blue tones. These darker hues contrast beautifully with neutral, natural shades, evoking the depth and calm of the ocean. Navy blue brings an elegant serenity to the spaces, while the bohemian elements—soft textiles and furniture made from natural materials—add warmth and texture.
